- FREE SHIPPING for all orders $200 and above.
- All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification.
- Laneway Btq delivers all domestic parcels using Australian Registered Post.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING is available at checkout.
- Laneway Btq delivers all international parcels using Australia Post of Fedex courier service.
- INTERNATIONAL orders under $400 will incur a $30 shipping fee.
- International orders will have an approximate delivery window of 7-14 days depending on your location.
- Your order will require a signature upon delivery.
- Your order may be subject to customs clearance. This may cause a delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
- Responsibilities for any customs fees or taxes rest with the customer.
- Once Laneway Btq has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
- Laneway Btq is not responsible for lost packages or courier delays. We can not offer a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
- At Laneway Btq we do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase by providing thorough and accurate sizing charts and a fair exchange policy.
- We do not refund returns unless the garment is faulty. We offer a credit note or can happily exchange the size for you.
- The swing tag must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in the original packaging in which it was received.
- For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept refunds on swimwear, underwear or earrings.
- SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL: Reduced or SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind or wrong size selection. All items purchased on SALE are FINAL SALE. This includes when a discount code is used.
- Faulty goods or exchanges must be sent back within a 7 day time frame to be accepted.
- PRE-ORDERS: are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-orders. We DO NOT OFFER REFUND for late delivery.
- Laneway Btq reserves the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met by the customer. For Western Australian customers, we are happy to accept returns in store.
- Instructions for returning a garment
- If you wish to return an item, please email us at email@example.com (Please outline your order number and the item you wish to return).
- Upon receiving and approving your return request, we will send you confirmation that you have approval to return your item.For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept refunds on swimwear, underwear or earrings. Faulty goods or exchanges must be sent back within a 7 day time frame to be accepted.
- We will notify you by email once your return has been received and approved.
- Once approved, your credit note will be issued to you in the form of a promotional code. We will email this code to you and will keep it on our system for a period of 12 months.
- Please note the following conditions for returns:
- AUSTRALIA WIDE online orders with FREE SHIPPING will have $10 deducted from the credited amount (cost to send your order originally).
- INTERNATIONAL online orders with FREE SHIPPING will have $30 deducted from the credited amount (cost to send your order originally).
