- All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification.
- Laneway Btq delivers all domestic parcels using Australian Registered Post.
- Pickup
- For local customers pickup is available at checkout. Local pickup is usually available within 24 hours.

- International
- We offer two services for International orders.
- DHL Express: $65 shipping fee. Please allow approx. 4-7 business days to receive your package from receiving your tracking information. DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box or hotel. Your order might require a signature upon delivery.
- Australia Post: $35 shipping fee Standard International. Please allow approx. 7-21 business days to receive your package from receiving your tracking information.
