Domestic

FREE SHIPPING for all orders $300.00AUD and above.
  • All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification.
  • Laneway Btq delivers all domestic parcels using Australian Post.
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING is available at checkout.

    International

    • We offer two services for International orders.

    DHL Express: $65.00AUD shipping fee. Please allow approx. 5-7 business days to receive your package from receiving your tracking information. DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box or hotel. Your order might require a signature upon delivery.

    Australia Post: $35.00AUD shipping fee Standard International. Please allow approx.

     7-21 business days to receive your package from receiving your tracking information.

    • Please note this are estimate times only.
    • Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable.
    • Your order may be subject to customs clearance. This may cause a delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
    • Responsibilities for any customs fees or taxes rest with the customer. Laneway Boutique is not responsible for duties & taxes. Please check with your local customs authorities prior to make any purchases.
    • If the shipment is refused and your package is returned to us for any reason you will be issued a refund minus the full cost of shipping. The cost of shipping can be higher of original paid by the customer.

    General 

    • Once Laneway Btq has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the customer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
    • Laneway Btq is not responsible for lost packages or courier delays. We can not offer a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
    • We offer Signature on Delivery as an optional service at checkout.

      If this option is not selected and a parcel is marked as delivered but later goes missing, unfortunately this is outside of our control and becomes the customer’s responsibility.

    • We are an Australian-based website, and all of our sizing is listed in Australian sizes. Please ensure you check sizing carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect purchases, and if the wrong size is selected, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the item.

    Pre-orders

    • Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-orders. We do not offer refund for late delivery. Pre-order time frames are not exact, instead these are estimated time frames of dispatch and could be subject to change.
