- Pickup
- For local customers pickup is available at checkout. Local pickup is usually available within 24 hours.

- International
- We offer two services for International orders.
- DHL Express: $55 shipping fee. Please allow approx. 3-7 business days to receive your package from receiving your tracking information. DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box or hotel. Your order might require a signature upon delivery.
- Australia Post: $35 shipping fee Standard International. Please allow approx. 7-21 business days to receive your package from receiving your tracking information.
- Laneway Btq is not responsible for lost packages or courier delays. We can not offer a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
